This policy outlines the accepted payment methods, pricing, and processing terms for all orders placed with Vorasso (a trading name of Art Engraving).

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a variety of secure payment options for a smooth and convenient shopping experience. We accept the following major payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, & Google Pay.

  • Other: Bank Transfers (available only for bulk/trade orders—please contact us directly for details).

2. Currency and Pricing

All prices listed on the Vorasso website are in Great British Pounds (£GBP).

  • Order Total: All applicable taxes (VAT) and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before final payment.

  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the moment of your order payment will be the final price you pay.

3. Payment Processing

For us to begin creating your bespoke personalised pendants or custom engraving service, payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been successfully received.

  • If your payment is declined or fails, your order will not be confirmed, and you will be prompted to try an alternative method.

4. Secure Transactions

We prioritise the security of your payment details.

  • The Vorasso website uses SSL encryption and trusted, industry-leading payment gateways to ensure your transactions are secure and protected.

     

  • We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.

     

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed strictly according to our separate Refund & Return Policy (please see the dedicated page for full details).

     

  • If you encounter any issues with billing or charges, please contact us first at hello@vorasso.com. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed and may result in future order restrictions.

6. Fraud Prevention

Vorasso (Art Engraving) reserves the right to hold or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of payment methods. We may request additional identity verification for any high-value transactions before commencing engraving work.
