VORASSO is a small, family-run business in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. We would rather hear from the people using our filters than talk at them, so this page is the short version of how to reach us and how to get involved.
Share your results
If you have been running a VORASSO filter for a few weeks, we would like to know how you are getting on. Send photos of your setup, a note on the water in your area, or an honest review to hello@vorasso.com. We ask your permission before we use anything you send, every time.

Our newsletter goes out when we have something worth saying: cartridge reminders, new finishes, installation guides and water-quality notes for hard-water areas. You can sign up in the footer of any page, and unsubscribe from any email in one click.
Cartridge reminders
A VORASSO cartridge is designed for roughly three months of normal household use. If you would like a reminder when yours is due, email us your purchase date and we will set one up for you.
Tell us what to build
Requests from customers are the reason our range looks the way it does. If there is a fitting, finish or filter stage you want and cannot find, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
