Enter the tracking number from your dispatch email. If you would rather go direct, the same number works on the Royal Mail tracking page.
Where to find your tracking number
It is in your dispatch email, which we send the moment your parcel leaves us. That email is separate from your order confirmation, so check for a second message from VORASSO. If you have a customer account, your orders and tracking are also listed under your account.
How long delivery takes
| Stage | Timeframe |
| Order cutoff | 17:00 GMT. Orders placed after this start processing the next working day. |
| Handling | 4 to 6 working days, while we prepare and quality-check your order. |
| Transit | 1 to 3 working days with Royal Mail Tracked. |
| Total | 5 to 9 working days from order to delivery. |

If tracking has not updated
Tracking usually goes quiet for a day or two between the parcel being collected and its first scan at a Royal Mail hub. That is normal. If there has been no movement for 3 working days after dispatch, email us and we will chase it with Royal Mail on your behalf.
If your parcel has not arrived
Email hello@vorasso.com with your order number. We open an enquiry with Royal Mail, and if the parcel cannot be found we replace or refund it. You do not need to deal with the carrier yourself.
