Your Privacy Choices

This page is the practical version: what choices you have over the data VORASSO holds, and exactly how to exercise each one. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

VORASSO does not sell your personal information, and never has. We do use advertising and analytics tools that, under some privacy laws, count as "sharing" data for targeted advertising. The controls below let you stop that.

Opt out of targeted advertising

To stop us sharing your data with advertising partners for personalised ads, email hello@vorasso.com with the subject line "Do not share my data", from the email address you use with us. We action these within 5 working days and confirm by reply.

You can also limit tracking in your browser by declining non-essential cookies in our cookie banner, turning on "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control if your browser supports it, and blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings.

Stop marketing emails

Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any VORASSO email. It takes effect immediately. You will still receive transactional messages about orders you have placed, such as confirmations and dispatch notices, because those are part of fulfilling your order rather than marketing.

Essential cookies keep the basket and checkout working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional. Use the cookie banner to change your choice at any time, or clear cookies for vorasso.com in your browser to reset it.

Your rights under UK and EU data protection law

  • Access. Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction. Ask us to fix anything inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Erasure. Ask us to delete your data, subject to records we are legally required to keep, such as order and tax records.
  • Objection. Object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
  • Restriction. Ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved.
  • Portability. Ask for your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent. Where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time.

How to make a request

Email hello@vorasso.com with the subject "Data request" and tell us which right you want to exercise. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, so that nobody else can request your data. We respond within one month, as UK GDPR requires. There is no charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
