VORASSO Lifetime Warranty Plan

Every VORASSO showerhead, handheld showerhead and faucet filter housing is covered against manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. The plan is free, it is registered automatically with your order, and there is nothing to pay or renew.

What is covered

  • The showerhead or faucet filter housing itself: the shell, the internal chamber and the finish.
  • Threads, seals, washers and fittings supplied in the box.
  • Defects in materials or workmanship, whenever they appear.
  • Faults present on arrival, including transit damage, reported within 30 days of delivery.

What is not covered

  • Filter cartridges. These are consumables. They are designed to be used up and replaced roughly every three months, so an exhausted cartridge is normal wear rather than a fault.
  • Limescale, staining or reduced flow caused by leaving an exhausted cartridge in place beyond its service life.
  • Accidental damage, drops and misuse, or fitting the unit to a supply outside its stated pressure and temperature range.
  • Modification, disassembly or repair by anyone other than VORASSO.
  • Normal cosmetic ageing, such as light scuffing from cleaning.
  • Commercial, rental and industrial installations, which carry a 2-year warranty instead.

How to make a claim

  1. Email hello@vorasso.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo or short video showing it.
  2. We reply within 1 working day. Most claims are settled from the photos alone.
  3. If the claim is accepted we repair or replace the unit. Where a model has been discontinued we supply the closest current equivalent.
  4. We cover postage both ways on every accepted warranty claim within the United Kingdom.

Terms

"Lifetime" means the working life of the product in normal domestic use by the original purchaser. The plan is not transferable and requires proof of purchase from vorasso.com or an authorised VORASSO seller. It applies in the United Kingdom, which is the only territory we ship to.

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect them. It is separate from our 30-day returns policy, which covers changes of mind.
